In a supportive K-12 educational environment in Bellevue, WA, we are seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in speech language pathology. This part-time position runs from September 2, 2025, to June 18, 2026, and focuses on creating impactful communication strategies for students.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certificate with endorsement in School Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Active Washington State Driver's License
Location: Bellevue, WA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication strategies
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
