Construction Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, and Primavera for project tracking
Experience:
- Experience in construction inspection, estimating, project coordination and project management
- Familiarity with construction site operations
- Proficiency in using construction management software like Bluebeam, BuilderTrend and Primavera
- Strong knowledge of contract administration processes

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $65-85 per hour, depending on level of experience, and open to a flex work schedule, and some days in our office location in Dublin, CA location.
