SVS Group is currently hiring An Experienced Customer Service - Technical Support Representative for one our best Manufacturing Clients here in Phoenix, AZ. You will have typical Customer Service and Technical Support job duties to include:


  • You are the person that is responsible for daily inbound customer service and technical service communication between customers and client.
  • You will be working out of our new corporate office in Phoenix, Arizona near Sky Harbor Airport.
  • This is a full-time position with a strong team environment.
  • Your duties will be to handle incoming customer calls and emails in regards to customer service and technical services that are needed for all products sold.
  • You will manage an internal assigned queue of customer requests, and to communicate with customer service and management daily regarding customer needs.

Technical Service Representative responsibilities:

  • Daily inbound work queue of customer requests via HelpScout and Email
  • Daily inbound phone calls from customer with customer service and technical questions
  • Following established trouble shooting guides with customers
  • Completing reports as needed by management team
  • Working with customers and their limitations to best represent client and help get their problems resolved
  • Working with Technicians in the field and walking them through trouble shooting guides


Requirements:

  • You must have at least 2+ years of Customer Service Skills
  • Inbound Call Center Customer Service is a Plus
  • You must be somewhat technically savvy to help customer troubleshot their equipment
  • Management experience is a plus as we will be moving people into management roles once they know what they are doing
  • You must be extremely friendly and enjoy helping people
  • You must be computer proficient with all Microsoft Office Products
  • You must get along extremely well with others and take direction well
  • You must have outstanding punctuality and attendance
  • You must love working 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 6:00am - 4:00pm
