Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available at a K-12 school in Monroeville, AL. This contract position offers a supportive environment geared towards fostering the academic and social growth of students with special needs throughout the school year.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 20 students, providing both resource support and self-contained instruction for one student. The role involves delivering push-in and pull-out services, collaborating closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create individualized education plans and ensure effective implementation.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience or qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education (K-12)
