We are currently seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Specialist to lead and drive life insurance results across the district.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Life Insurance Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the district's overall life insurance performance. This role works directly with agency owners and their teams to provide expert guidance, in-field coaching, and hands-on sales support. The ideal candidate is licensed, experienced in life insurance sales, and passionate about training and motivating others. This position is primarily field-based, working closely with agency staff in their offices to identify opportunities, close sales, and elevate life production across the district.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive life insurance performance for the district
- Build strong relationships with agency owners and their team members
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance
- Support agencies through field coaching, joint sales appointments, and on-site strategy sessions
- Lead district-wide life workshops and ongoing training programs
- Monitor life sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Work collaboratively with district leadership and agencies to identify growth opportunities
- Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License required
- 3+ years of successful life insurance sales experience
- Proven ability to train, coach, and influence others in a sales environment
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with regular travel to agency offices
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance-related platforms/tools
