Kettmann Machining, Inc is looking for an experience R&amp;D Engineer/Programmer that specializes in Machining. 
This person would be customer facing on any new product needs within the medical device space of existing customers and be able to advise based on design for manufacturability.
 
Job scope:
 
<ul>
<li>Closed job review of all New Products (validation of the build plan against the actual manufacturing method)</li>
<li>Establishing of build plan through a Job Traveler</li>
<li>Communication of customer requirements to the job traveller, work instructions and customer drawing</li>
<li>approval of customer change requests in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures</li>
<li>Verification of manufacturing sequence</li>
<li>Mill programming experienced preferred</li>
<li>ESPRIT software experience preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
