Job DescriptionMaterial Handler
Location: Rincon, GA
Pay: $16/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm
Potential for 12-hour shifts and weekend work as needed.
Are you detail-oriented and motivated to support fast-paced warehouse operations? We’re looking for a hardworking Material Handler to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Move materials, supplies, and finished goods manually or with a hand truck within the facility.
  • Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks as needed.
  • Stack skids or pallets in assigned storage or staging areas.
  • Load and unload freight efficiently, safely, and accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders and assemble merchandise for shipment.
  • Apply labels to shipments per company and customer requirements.
  • Process orders by picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and confirming shipments.
  • Verify freight accuracy and check for damage or infestation.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts.
  • Use RF scanning devices to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Provide cleaning and sanitation support, including sweeping floors, cleaning office spaces, and disposing of trash.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized by following housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and task accuracy.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10–12 hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10–50 lbs as required.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, crouching, stretching, and reaching at or above shoulder level.
  • Willingness to work in varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
