Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and parts according to production specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production schedules
- Assist team members and supervisors as needed to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
