We are seeking a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner for our Brooklyn office. This role is 3 days per week in our Brooklyn Primary care office and then two days a week would be at one of our nursing homes or assisted livings in Nassau county until the Brooklyn position becomes full-time. Very flexible work schedule. We are open to collaborating with you to design a work schedule that meets both your needs and the needs of the practice. Spanish language is strongly preferred to best serve our diverse patient population in Brooklyn 11212, Brownsville.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (depending on part or full-time)

Salary has potential for growth based on productivity

Provide comprehensive primary care in our medical office

• Conduct physical exams, chronic disease management, and preventive care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure the highest standard of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State (required)
• 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• DEA registration (required)
