Now, we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Confectioner to join our team and help carry on our tradition of excellence.

Known for our hand-paddled Mackinac Island Fudge, gourmet chocolates, caramel treats, and freshly made waffle cones, we create a nostalgic atmosphere where every visit feels special. What You’ll Do as a Confectioner
As a Confectioner at Kilwins, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating the high-quality sweets we’re famous for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting our signature Mackinac Island Fudge on the marble table, using time-honored techniques.
- Hand-dipping chocolates and preparing a variety of gourmet confections.
- Making caramel treats like caramel apples and sea-salt caramels.
- Assisting with the preparation of freshly made waffle cones and bowls.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and product quality.
- Engaging with customers by showcasing the confection-making process and sharing the Kilwins story.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- A passion for crafting high-quality sweets and working with your hands.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product excellence.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a love for creating memorable experiences.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills.
