Job DescriptionThe Opportunity

This is more than an entry-level sales role. At Fit Franchise Brands, you’ll split your time between:

  1. Franchise Development – Driving interest in The MAX Challenge and Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping. You’ll connect with aspiring entrepreneurs, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls that could lead to multi-unit franchise ownership.

  2. FOMO Development – Helping grow our newest venture: the Franchise Operations & Marketing Organization. You’ll be on the front lines introducing FOMO’s marketing/ops solutions to other franchisors and independent businesses.

And here’s the unique part: you’ll be working directly with the CEO and founders — leaders with a proven track record of building, scaling, and transforming franchise systems. This isn’t a back-office job; you’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with the decision makers.

Career Growth Path

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow fast.

  • Year 1–2: Master lead generation across both divisions, hit activity & pipeline targets.

  • Year 2–3: Move into Franchise Sales Executive or FOMO Account Executive roles (six-figure commission opportunity).

  • Year 3+: Step into Sales Manager / Director as we scale teams on both sides of the business.

Success Looks Like

  • Generating qualified franchise candidates who move forward into FDD review and Discovery Day.

  • Building pipelines of franchisors and independents interested in FOMO’s marketing/ops solutions.

  • Consistently booking discovery calls for both divisions.

  • Maintaining CRM discipline and reporting accurate pipeline data.

Compensation

  • Base: $40,000–$55,000 (Based on Experience)

  • Commission: Uncapped, tied to qualified leads and calls scheduled across both businesses.

  • On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$85,000+ in year one, with path to six figures as you advance.
