Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service I for a Contract with a client in Livermore, CA. This role involves guiding customers through the enrollment process and reviewing service details over the phone.
Rate Range: $22/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Customer Service I job responsibilities include:

Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, serving as their primary point of contact.

Communicate service details and costs clearly over the phone to ensure customer understanding.

Provide support and training until the customer is fully onboarded and active.

Maintain accurate records and documentation with high attention to detail.

Handle multiple tasks efficiently while managing phone-based interactions.
-
Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in benefits or enrollment services.

Must have strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and consistent, reliable attendance are essential.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
