What You'll Do

You'll help patients receive skilled, compassionate care in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing skilled nursing visits and care appropriate to the assigned service.

• Performing patient assessments and identifying changes in condition.

• Developing and following individualized care plans.

• Educating patients and families on health maintenance and care needs.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and meeting regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with the BrightStar clinical team and external healthcare providers.

• Building respectful, trusting relationships with patients and their families.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for nurses who bring sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and a dependable approach to every assignment.

Qualifications include:

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

• A commitment to compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Experience in home health, hospice, acute care, or skilled nursing is preferred.

Compensation

Compensation is based on visit type and experience. Typical rates include:

• Start of Care (SOC): $75 per visit

• Resumption of Care / Discharge: $65 per visit

• Skilled Nursing Visit: $50 per visit

• Infusion Visits: $90 for the first 2 hours, then $40/hour

• Private Duty Nursing: $40/hour

• Orientation / Training / Meetings: $20/hour
