Essential Duties:

  • Provide motivational support to assist counselors in meeting therapeutic goals.
  • Support treatment plans by reporting client observations and support decisions concerning therapy, discipline and privilege (at a minimum twice per shift and subject to change depending on need)
  • Assists case manager/counselor with client activities by implementing scheduled and/or requested activities.
  • Works cooperatively with members of the nursing and medical staff to monitor clients’ vital signs, observe urine drops, monitor self-administration of medications, monitor clients, and chart all pertinent data.
  • Performs room and facility checks, at varying intervals, to ensure client’s comfort, safety, and well-being.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Pay Rate: $17.25 - $19.28

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma / GED required; Experience in/with substance use, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment, behavioral healthcare and/or community relations encouraged to apply.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification from an accredited Nursing Assistant program required.
