Job Description TIG Welder – 2nd Shift | Lincolnton, NC $20.00–$21.00/hour BOE | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Ready to launch or grow your welding career? We're looking for motivated TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Lincolnton, NC! Whether you're an experienced welder, a current welding student nearing graduation, or a recent graduate from CVCC or another accredited trade school, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For: TIG welding experience or currently enrolled in a welding program with graduation approaching or recent graduate from CVCC or another accredited trade school
Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
