We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers over the phone and in our showroom by taking orders and providing product and service information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and orders
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Create and update customer records
- Perform insurance verifications
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with insurance or billing preferred but not required
- Must be reliable and work well with others
