Overview

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll help clients by providing support across phone, email, and chat channels. Your focus will be on creating a smooth, positive experience and ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care

  • Assist clients with service-related questions, forms, and processes

  • Update client records accurately in the CRM system

  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and provide status updates to clients

  • Maintain a courteous and solution-focused approach in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Prior client support or customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF tools

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup
