Occupational Therapist Job Details:
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Location: Coachella, California
- Setting: School-Based / K-12 School District
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Through the current school year with potential renewal for the 2026–2027 school year
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
- Support students in achieving academic and developmental goals
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
