Salary Range: $122,000 - $171,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations.
- Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance against budget.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
- Coordinate and support external audits and tax preparations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in GAAP, cost accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP system implementations or significant upgrades.
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with M&A due diligence or post-acquisition integration.
