RemX is seeking an experience Call Center Customer Service Agent. You will be responsible for processing payments for Insurance Carriers on behalf of Banks for escrow payments on mortgages. You will make payments in various ways, via software, Carrier website, automated phone system, or through phone conversations with Carrier Customer Service Reps.

- Business Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST
Duties
- Interface with a CRM-based software UI to update payment status
- Escalate issues to Leads
- Make payments via web portal
- Make payments via automated payment processing phone system
- Make payments via conversation with Customer Service Carrier Reps
- Keep track of workload and progress each day
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- (3) years in a Call Center payment or billing environment
