Priority Care Rehab Staffing is hiring for Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) in Queens, NY!
 
Support our PT clinical team delivering hands-on therapy to post-acute and long-term care residents. You'll work under PT supervision to carry out individualized treatment plans in a collaborative SNF environment.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Implement PT Plans of Care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist</li>
<li>Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance programs, and functional mobility treatment</li>
<li>Document daily treatment notes accurately and in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and facility standards</li>
<li>Communicate patient progress and changes in condition to the supervising PT promptly</li>
<li>Participate in IDT meetings and support discharge planning as directed by the supervising PT</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active New York Physical Therapist Assistant license</li>
<li>Current CPR/BLS certification</li>
<li>Prior SNF experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills</li>
