Job Title: Sr. Marketing Communications Specialist – Exempt
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Mounds View, MN 55112
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 7 Months (with possible extension)
Job Summary:
The Sr. Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist will support the Structural Heart Therapies team by planning and executing promotional programs across digital, social, and print channels. The role requires strong copywriting, content creation, digital marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This individual will help shape external-facing campaigns to support product and therapy awareness while maintaining brand alignment and regulatory compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage content creation: webpages, emails, digital experiences, event packages, social media, brochures, etc.
- Lead copywriting and editing efforts for all external communications
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to align on project goals, timelines, and compliance
- Utilize marketing automation tools for targeted campaigns and performance tracking
- Drive creative planning, content strategy, asset management, and KPI reporting
- Collaborate with legal, clinical, and regulatory teams for content approval
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with internal/external creative and media teams
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in integrated marketing and content development
- Proven ability to synthesize technical or clinical messaging into customer-facing communication
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and reporting
- Skilled in data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and campaign optimization
- Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced, regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare marketing experience (including social/digital platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Doximity)
- Experience working with Veeva PromoMats, Adobe Workfront, SharePoint
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, medical education, legal, etc.)
- Experience with external agency/vendor management
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in marketing communications, digital media, or content strategy
- Proficient in developing editorial calendars, digital content plans, and performance analysis
- Strong written/verbal communication and project management skills
