Join AlphaGraphics as a Delivery Driver in the DFW area, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality products reach our valued customers. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy driving and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Must have your own vehicle for delivery
- Must have your valid driver license and vehicle insurance
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to various locations in the DFW area.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring accuracy and care in handling materials.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain delivery logs and ensure timely reporting of vehicle maintenance needs.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road.
- Assist in organizing and preparing deliveries at the pickup area as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiency.
- Represent AlphaGraphics professionally while interacting with clients and the community.
- Assist in production (bindery and other departments) as workflow demands.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with the DFW area and efficient navigation skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
