About the Role
We are hiring a reliable, service-driven Real Estate Photographer to join a growing media team in the Fayetteville area.
This is a client-facing, field-based position where you’ll travel to residential properties, capture listing media, and provide a smooth, professional experience for every client.
No prior real estate photography experience is required. We provide paid training, company equipment, and a step-by-step system to help you succeed quickly.
If you enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and being out in the field, this is a great opportunity to build valuable, in-demand skills.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
- Capture interior and exterior listing photos using a structured shot list
- Assist with drone and video services (after certification)
- Interact professionally with real estate agents and homeowners
- Upload media files after each shoot (no editing required)
- Follow company processes and maintain organized workflows
- Communicate clearly with team and clients
Schedule & Availability
- Approximately 25-30 hours per week (depending on demand)
- Flexible schedule based on bookings
- Must be available for morning and afternoon appointments
- Local travel required throughout Fayetteville and nearby areas
Compensation
- Paid Training: $20/hour
- Photography Work: $25/hour
- Drone Services: $25/hour
- Video Services: $30-$40/hour
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.30/mile
All required training and on-site work are paid.

- High-speed internet for uploading large files
- Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 drone certification within 30 days

Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance and be comfortable working throughout these areas.
