Position Description
- Work Dates Needed: Start date: May 18th - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 10 Hr Shifts Monday-Sunday. No call
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work: Most peds case types, some supervision, no hearts.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Will accept candidates without OR state license and will credential in parallel with licensing process. Candidates must be pediatric fellowship trained, must be board certified in anesthesia and pediatric anesthesia, and should have some post training experience.
- EMR: Epic

Start Date: ASAP (with hospital credentialing start date could be May or June)

No OT rates
6 month contract with option to extend
No local candidates (60 mile radius) Will inquire about local candidates first
No Hearts
May be some supervision but not all
Requesting no changes of schedule after the schedule has been issued.
There may be occasional assignments in our NORA sites, but not until that provider was well established here.
- 100 physicians
- 27 anesthesiologists
- 3-4 patients per day – depending on OR needs
