Job Summary:
- Shipping through Dynamic Ship software and scheduling LTL loads on behalf of our customers.
- Organize the warehouse in such a manner to facilitate easy verification and movement of inventory
- Picking / packing of work orders and pick slips to quantity and quality required.
- Once Trained - Counterbalance & Reach Forklift, Parts Picker and Ladders
- Once trained, timely booking in all materials, incoming goods and restocking
- Assemble and wrap products using stretch wrap machine and skin pack machine.
- Assemble kits, spray guns and other products into a final product.
- To undertake other duties which may arise or may be delegated from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping parcel packages through Dynamic Ship software and scheduling LTL shipments
- Picking & Packing -Orders to customers
- Verify product(s) has been completed according to customer specifications.
- Final Dispatch Verification. Improving processes for shipping
- Good-Receiving Inspection: Placing received goods in the correct locations
- Perform weekly and monthly stock audits
- Maintain good housekeeping habits on a daily / weekly basis
- Health & Safety Awareness

- Problem solving, Concentration
- Decision making: Strong sense of time, organization and urgency.
- Attention to detail: Detailed oriented and multitasking skills.
- Teamwork – Good verbal and written communication skills with team members
- Good literacy, numerical and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds above your waste / preferably 70 pounds.
