Title: Associate Marketing and Sales Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the marketing and sales teams. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations, coordinating communication, maintaining data accuracy in CRM systems, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, it is expected to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
This role will be at the front office desk and visible to all customers in the main lobby.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with quoting, proposals, order processing, and contract preparation
- Responsible for maintaining, adding, updating, and assigning accounts in CRM system (Salesforce)
- Assign tasks and leads to appropriate sales reps
- Salesperson support (run reports, pull target lists, etc.)
- Generate and submit monthly vendor forecasts, track performance metrics, and edit dashboards
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings, training sessions, travel arrangements, and other related items as needed
Marketing Support:
- Responsible for coordinating, ordering, and distributing promotional materials (e.g., pens, notepads, literature, caps, polos, etc.), across company
- Assist with managing the Concept store for apparel
- Assist with coordinating trade shows, events, and promotional activities as needed
- Assist with maintaining the marketing calendar and campaign timelines
- Assist with the creation, edits, and preparing of digital materials with the use of Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications related to the company
- Manage filing systems, organize promotional materials, and support cross-functional communications
- Collaborate with finance and operations for billing and inventory coordination

CORE EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to be on your feet while performing job requirements
- Ability to sit for periods depending on the job requirements
- Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
- Ability to use a computer for periods
- Ability to exert up to 10-20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to balance, reach, and grasp as needed for the job
- Ability to crouch, grasp, and lift products above shoulders to lift boxes and products from the floor properly
WORK SCHEDULE
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
- This position is located in the office, not remote or hybrid
- This position is exempt
