What You'll Do
-Call and re-engage warm leads (6 months 3 years old) to generate fresh interest.
-Identify prospects who are ready for a quote and live-transfer them to licensed agents.
-Follow up on leads that requested quotes online or in the past.
-Make a high volume of outbound calls daily using our CRM system.
-Track activity metrics and results accurately.
-Begin state licensing process (paid for by us) with the goal of promotion to Licensed Sales Producer.

Requirements
Experience & Education: High school diploma (required); prior phone, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional phone presence with strong listening and conversation ability.
Work Ethic & Attitude: Reliable, coachable, goal-oriented, and able to stay motivated through high call volumes.
Technical Ability: Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and phone software; organized with attention to detail.
Career Growth Mindset: Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (paid for by the agency) and grow into a sales/producer role.
