Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Exterior Home Repair Person to join our team in the Fairfield County, CT area. Join Thoroughspect LLC as a Full-Time or Par Time Wildlife Exclusion Technician in CT and experience the thrill of working on-site in a dynamic environment. This role is perfect for pest control technicians, roofers, solar panel installers, gutter cleaners, and linemen looking to transition into a rewarding career focused on wildlife management.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior repairs on residential homes to ensure safety and aesthetics.
- Utilize tools such as caulk gun, hand seamer for metal flashing, extension ladders.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with ownership and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Document work performed and report any additional issues found during inspections.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and techniques.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in home repair or construction is Required with a minimum of 5 years using extension ladders.
