Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative will interact with customers in person and electronically through phone and email to gather vehicle information and provide quotes for glass replacement. Computer software will be used to analyze the data collected from the customer to provide the accurate part numbers needed for install and then parts will need to be ordered from specific vendors. They will also be responsible for working with auto glass technicians to schedule and route appointments as well as help customers with any issues or questions they may have.
