- Registered Nurse position in Labor & Delivery specialty at Los Alamos Medical Center.
- Facility is a 47-bed acute care facility with 300 healthcare employees.
- Major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico.
- Role involves working in OB/GYN unit with 4 labor rooms and 4 postpartum rooms.
- Patient population includes childbearing aged women and newborns.
- Must have previous Labor & Delivery/Postpartum experience.
- Patient ratios: 2-1:1 LDRP, 3 couplets:1 Post Partum.
- EHR systems used: OBIX, Medhost, GUI.
- Focus on patient experience, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
- Job Requirements
- Must have certifications required to work as a Labor & Delivery nurse in New Mexico.
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum.
- Must be certified/licensed to work as L&D nurse in New Mexico.
- Must have skills and experience in LDRP/PP.
- Schedule Information

- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Weekend hours: Every other weekend / as needed.

- Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised.
