Now Hiring: Post Closing Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hr (W2, no benefits/PTO)
We are looking for a Post Closing Specialist to support real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting with escrow processes and providing administrative support within a title/closing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support escrow services for residential and commercial transactions
• Assist with resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks within the closing process
Requirements:
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent
