Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled Ultrasound Technologist with expertise in both Maternal Fetal and General Ultrasound imaging. This role requires proficiency in OB/GYN ultrasound across all trimesters, including fetal anatomical surveys and amniotic fluid index assessment, as well as comprehensive knowledge in abdominal, vascular, pelvic/genitourinary, and small parts imaging. Experience with adult and portable studies in varied clinical settings is essential.
Schedule & Hours:
- Night shifts, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
- Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
- On-call backup as needed
- Must work at least one holiday during the contract term
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform obstetric ultrasounds including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester exams
- Conduct general abdominal, vascular, pelvic/genitourinary, and small parts scans
- Provide imaging services across different departments, including floating to meet hospital needs
- Charting using Epic electronic medical records system
Required Certifications and Skills:
- ARDMS certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum five years of ultrasound experience
- Proficient in OB/GYN imaging, general abdominal, vascular, pelvic/genitourinary, and small parts sonography
- Pediatric exam experience preferred
Position Details:
