Manufacturing Molding Press Supervisor

Pay: $22–$25 per hour depending on experience

This position supervises molding press operations within a manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for overseeing production staff, ensuring equipment operation, and maintaining production efficiency.

Applicants without manufacturing leadership experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• Experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment

• Experience operating or overseeing molding press equipment

• Ability to manage production schedules and workflow

• Experience enforcing safety and quality standards in manufacturing

• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff operating molding press equipment

• Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are met

• Assist with troubleshooting production or equipment issues

• Enforce safety procedures and quality control standards

• Train and support production employees as needed

Work Environment

This position operates within a manufacturing production facility involving molding presses, production equipment, and industrial work environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supervising molding press operations

• Experience working in rubber, plastic, or composite manufacturing

• Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing environment
