Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor and manage front office budgets and financial performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Marriott Full Service hotels
- Minimum of one year of experience in a department head role.
- Familiarity with FSPMS is preferred.
