Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Folsom, CA, serving elementary school students from preschool through 5th grade. This contract position runs from ASAP through June, providing essential support to a caseload of approximately 50 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to preschool through 5th grade students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Experience working within school settings is highly desirable
- Strong ability to manage a caseload of diverse students and effectively deliver speech therapy interventions
