Joyce Windows, Sunrooms &amp; Baths is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow an in-home residential sales team. This is a working manager role, not a desk position.
Responsibilities:

<li> Run in-home sales appointments </li>
<li> Train, coach, and develop sales representatives in the field </li>
<li> Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews </li>
<li> Manage sales performance, KPIs, and accountability </li>
<li> Recruit and onboard new sales talent</li>

Requirements
