Job DescriptionKable Staffing is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Operator in Middleburg Heights, OH. This position is full-time, temp to hire opportunity. FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Unload incoming trailers and sort packages based on ZIP codes
- Load trucks efficiently for outgoing deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stay active — standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
- Dependable, flexible, and punctual team players
- Comfortable working in seasonal temperatures (heat in summer, cold in winter)
- Work gloves and durable work boots for added protection and comfort
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE): high-visibility vest and closed-toed shoes
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of lifting to 50+ pounds
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
