North American Title Loans is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Our CSRs are the heart of our business and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service

Process loan applications and related documentation

Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Make and receive collection-related calls in a professional manner

Maintain accurate customer records and perform general office tasks
Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to work full-time

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer and data entry skills

Collections experience preferred (not required)
