Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available immediately through the end of the school year, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade in Greenacres, WA. This contract role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to support a diverse K-12 caseload across elementary, middle, and high school settings, including pediatric populations.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for students from various grade levels, including preschool through 12th grade
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Implementing therapy sessions tailored for pediatric clients across school settings
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP development and progress monitoring
Candidates should possess:
- Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
- Ability to manage a varied caseload including students across all grade levels (1st-12th grade, including preschool)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility to take on both part-time and full-time assignments as needed
