Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in St. Louis Park, MN for a full-time, onsite position. In this role, you will work with a K-12 caseload, providing therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs. Youll collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at improving communication skills, academic success, and overall student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess student needs.
• Develop and implement therapy plans for students in alignment with IEP goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure student success.
• Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
