Data Lead Engineer/Senior Mgr

Equinox Holdings, Inc. seeks Data Lead Engr/Sr Mgr (NY, NY) to design, develop, deploy & manage data warehouse pipeline; participate in cross-functional initiatives to develop new capabilities incl. hands-on development; integrate data from various sources adhering to data quality & accessibility standards; design & optimize dimensional Redshift data models for data warehouse incl. master data, reference data, metadata, data quality & lineage; develop ETL jobs into data platform; lead design & development of data configuration management, deployment & automated testing systems. REQ: MS in CompSci, Comp/ElecEngr, or related tech field & 5yrs. software dev & data testing exp. as Engr/Analyst or similar (will accept Bachelor's degree in stated fields & 7yrs. progressive post-Bachelor's software dev & data testing exp. as Engr/Analyst or similar); Exp. must incl 3yrs: Developing, deploying, & managing data pipeline using Python, Spark, Redshift & SQL Server; build data models for data warehouse; design & implementation of S3 data lakes; Amazon Services (e.g. Dynamo, API Gateway, Athena, S3, Glue, EMR); ETL tools (e.g. Informatica/AWS Glue); leading migrations; building processes and debuggers in SDLC; conducting code walkthroughs and review of testing; CI/CD pipeline setup using Jenkins/Github; & 2 yrs exp. managing a dev team of at least 2 data engineers/analysts (daily tasks & overall output).
