We are seeking a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with the sounds and people they love. This is a relationship‑driven role in an established clinic known for its compassionate approach and long‑standing commitment to serving Reno and the surrounding region.
What You Will Do
As a Hearing Care Provider at LeMay Hearing & Balance, you will focus on delivering comprehensive, patient‑first care through:
Hearing Aid Services
- Conduct hearing screenings
- Perform hearing aid evaluations and guide patients toward the best technology for their needs
- Fit, program, and fine‑tune devices for optimal comfort and performance
- Provide counseling, follow‑up care, and long‑term patient support
- Complete cleanings, troubleshooting, and in‑office device repairs
Patient Care & Clinic Support
- Build long‑term, trusted patient relationships rooted in empathy and education
- Deliver compassionate, supportive care that aligns with our “patient for life” philosophy
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows
- Contribute to a positive, team‑centered clinic environment
A Team‑Based Approach — Support Without Overload
At LeMay Hearing & Balance, you’ll work alongside doctoral‑level audiologists who provide some of the region’s most detailed and thorough diagnostic evaluations.
