We are seeking a Brand Assistant Manager (BAM) to support a Campari activation program focused on increasing brand visibility, strengthening distributor partnerships, and driving engagement across targeted bar and restaurant accounts. This role is a hands-on, field-based position responsible for visiting assigned locations, executing in-market promotions, placing point-of-sale materials, and building relationships with account staff and distributor representatives. The BAM will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, supporting menu features, and ensuring consistent brand presence across accounts.
In addition to field execution, this position requires strong organization and communication skills to track activity, document account insights, and contribute to weekly updates and end-of-program reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team to deliver a successful, data-driven activation program.
Details: 25/hr, with 10 hours the first week, and an estimated 20 hours for the following 5 weeks. 1 hour weekly meetings REQUIRED every Tuesday, with 3-4 hours allocated weekly for recap building
