About Us Deco Products, founded in 1960 in Decorah, Iowa, is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Our products serve industries such as office furniture, windows and doors, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC, and more.
Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
</li>
<li>
40 hours per week with mandatory overtime as needed
</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>
Hang, remove, and package powder-coated parts
</li>
<li>
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean, organized work area
</li>
<li>
Meet quality and production goals
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
</li>
<li>
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
</li>
<li>
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
</li>

18+ with high school diploma or GED
