This on-site position begins August 10, 2026, and runs through October 30, 2026, covering a maternity leave during the first 12 weeks of the school year. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering students’ independence and school success, likely collaborating with multiple campuses in an itinerant capacity.

Qualified candidates will bring:
- Active FL Department of Health Occupational Therapist licensure
- Previous school-based OT experience (strongly preferred)
- Completion of required fingerprinting and eligibility for credentialing through the AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge process
- Proven adaptability and strong communication skills for working with diverse teams and student populations
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered support
Your role will include:
- Delivering individualized occupational therapy services within school-based settings
- Collaborating with other educational staff, administrators, and families
- Developing and implementing IEP goals and progress monitoring for assigned students
- Serving as a resource for classroom strategies and environmental modifications
- Providing flexible, responsive support as an itinerant therapist across multiple school sites
