Wesley Village | Pittston, PA
Full Time | Evening Shift
Part Time | Evening Shift working Every Other Weekend (ONLY)
Pay: $36-$48/hour (based on experience + shift differentials)
Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 (Full-Time Evening Shift)

What You'll Do
As an RN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering compassionate care:
- Conduct resident assessments, identify changes in condition, and update care plans accordingly
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
- Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration and treatments within scope of practice
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health management
- Ensure compliance with resident rights, safety protocols, and promptly report incidents, discrepancies, or concerns
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Pennsylvania RN license
- Must be a compassionate and respectful caregiver
