Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Santa Barbara, CA. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting day-to-day construction activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties will also include budgeting, scheduling inspections, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage projects in Santa Barbara, CA
- Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred
