Position: Registered Nurse – Women’s Health (GYN)
Location: Our Hospital in St. Louis
Schedule: Full-Time

Your Responsibilities
- Engage with patients and their families in making informed care decisions.
- Create and document personalized care plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Conduct safe hand-offs utilizing SBAR and bedside reporting techniques.
- Maintain clear communication with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate actively in unit meetings, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing education.
- Keep certifications and competencies up to date to ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in Missouri or a compact license.
- Certifications:
- Required: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of employment.
- Preferred/Unit-Specific: ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and others as relevant.
- Experience: Prior RN experience is necessary; experience in Women’s Health is preferred but not essential.
