Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Deliver exceptional care in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment as a Registered Nurse. Key Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- 2+ years of recent experience in an ICU setting
- Advanced critical care skills, including proficiency with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Excellent assessment, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and thorough care to critically ill or injured patients, continuously assessing and monitoring condition changes
- Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform complex nursing procedures as ordered
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans
- Provide support and education to patients’ families, offering clear communication regarding status and care interventions
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and responses in the electronic medical record
- Adhere to infection control protocols and institutional policies to ensure a safe, compliant patient environment
